一、 常考字彙與定義 (Vocabulary & Definitions)

英文單字 (點擊發音)	繁體中文註解與易錯提醒
snug 🔊	溫暖舒適的、受保護的。 ⚠️ 學生原先誤寫為 shriek。記得床裡面的小蟲 "as snug as a bug in a rug"！
shriek 🔊	尖叫、尖銳的高喊。 例：a short, loud, high cry.
scrub 🔊	用力刷洗、擦洗。 例：to rub something hard in order to clean it.
clutch 🔊	緊握、緊抓。 例：to take hold of something tightly.

二、 不規則複數名詞 (Irregular Plural Nouns)

單數 ➔ 複數 (點擊發音)	繁體中文註解
child ➔ children 🔊	小孩。 ⚠️ 學生拼錯成 childen。記得字尾是 -ren，絕對沒有 childs 或 childrens。
sheep ➔ sheep 🔊	綿羊。 ⚠️ 單複數同形！試卷題目 "many sheep"，絕對不可以加 s (sheeps ❌)。
deer ➔ deer 🔊	鹿。 單複數同形，試卷中 "three deer" 不需要加 s 喔！
mouse ➔ mice 🔊	老鼠。 ⚠️ 複數是 mice！學生誤把單數格填了 mice，要分清楚。

三、 譬喻法 (Similes & Metaphors)

實用譬喻句 (點擊發音)	繁體中文註解
eats like a hungry bear 🔊	吃得像隻餓熊一樣（食量驚人）。 ⚠️ 學生原誤寫為 lightning。lightning 是用來形容速度「快」！
The old car moved like a tired turtle 🔊	老車動得像隻疲憊的烏龜（形容非常慢）。 含有 like，屬於明喻 (Simile)。

四、 核心實用成語 (Key Idioms)

get cold feet 🔊	（因緊張而）膽怯、退縮。 ⚠️ 試卷對話中，Jenny 在上台表演前變得很緊張，這就是 get cold feet。
steal the spotlight 🔊	偷走鎂光燈、搶盡風頭（獲得全場注意）。 定義：to get all the attention.
on cloud nine 🔊	高興得九天攬月、樂不可支（極度快樂）。 定義：extremely happy.
a piece of cake 🔊	小菜一碟、非常簡單的事。
